Please notify our team by Email, phone or text within 7 business days after receipt of the CM Heal Belt for return authorization number.  The CM Heal Belt must be in new condition (not used or washed) and in original packaging. 

 

There are NO RETURNS for modified or specialized CM Heal Belts or accessory items.  

 

Once your authorization approval is received, please ensure return is received by CM Equine Products within two weeks. Please put the return authorization number on the outside of the box or the box will not be accepted.

Once the item is received, inspected, found to be in new condition and in the original packaging, the refund will be processed.  There is a 20% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund to cover re-packaging and processing fees.
